Kellie has been with the agency since June of 2021 and has been deeply rooted in the Snoqualmie Valley her entire life. With seven years of experience in social services, she brings a strong commitment to social equity, community resource management, and direct advocacy, working to empower individuals and families to achieve stability.
Throughout her time with the organization, Kellie has grown through multiple roles, beginning as Shelter Staff and advancing to Case Manager, Case Management Director, and now Programs Director. In her current role, she oversees several critical programs, including Shelter to Home, Severe Weather Shelter, The Front Door Community Service Center, and Resilience Rising. She is dedicated not only to the success of these programs but also to supporting and developing the staff who make this work possible.
In her free time, Kellie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their five children. She also enjoys reading, as well as taking advantage of the Pacific Northwest lifestyle, especially snowboarding and paddleboarding.
