Reclaim operates a 24/7 adult-only severe weather shelter in downtown Snoqualmie during extreme temperatures or poor air quality, providing beds and meals to people experiencing homelessness. Families are sheltered at local motels.
Severe Weather Shelter Staff ensure the safety and well-being of clients and volunteers, oversee daily shelter operations, and provide compassionate support. This role is ideal for individuals who can multitask, maintain professional boundaries, and make a meaningful impact in our community by helping increase stability and connection for those in need.
