Reclaim's Shelter to Home program provides temporary emergency shelter and supportive services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Through compassionate, trauma-informed care, we help meet immediate needs while working alongside participants toward long-term housing solutions.
We believe shelter should be low-barrier, compassionate, and centered on dignity and respect. Our program is guided by a Housing First and trauma-informed approach that meets people where they are — without unnecessary barriers.
The Shelter to Home program offers an initial stay of up to 60 days for stabilization and housing planning. During this time, participants work alongside our team to create individualized goals and identify pathways toward permanent housing. Housing navigation and case management are highly encouraged to support long-term stability. Priority for shelter placement is given to individuals who are medically or physically vulnerable and who do not have access to a vehicle or other temporary shelter options.
To register for the Shelter to Home program, give us a call. Our team is here to answer your questions and help get you started.
