From the very beginning, we understood the importance of focusing strongly on building deep relationships with our clients, including those struggling through active behavioral health challenges. We are, above all else, a life-saving agency and have remained grounded in the importance of meeting people where they are. Over the years, we’ve had the honor of watching countless people grow and stabilize, surrounded by volunteers and staff members who truly care about their emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
We support individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness or housing instability through shelter services, housing navigation, case management, and resource connection.
Families experiencing eviction, unsafe living situations, or financial hardship can access coordinated support focused on stabilization and long-term housing solutions.
Through advocacy, safety planning, and community support, we help survivors access resources, navigate systems, and move toward safer futures.
We assist people experiencing unexpected hardship by connecting them to emergency resources, benefits advocacy, referrals, and supportive services.
Reclaim believes everyone deserves dignity, belonging, and support. We work to create welcoming spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued.
We serve communities throughout the upper Snoqualmie Valley, including North Bend, Snoqualmie, Fall City, Carnation, and Duvall, as well as surrounding areas like Issaquah and Bellevue.
