We serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability in the Snoqualmie Valley, Issaquah, Bellevue, and surrounding areas. Services are available to people of all backgrounds and identities.
What to expect
When you connect with our Housing Navigation team, you will meet with a trained case manager who will listen to your situation, identify immediate needs, and help create a step-by-step housing plan. We move at your pace and prioritize dignity, safety, and choice.
