Tiffany Adams has a heart for community and a passion for creating inclusive spaces where people can feel seen, supported, and empowered. A lifelong Girl Scout and Gold Award recipient, she continues to give back as an advisor to new Gold Award candidates. Tiffany spent two years working at a youth-focused agency, leading programs, mentoring volunteers, and working in domestic violence advocacy to foster a safe, and supportive environment for young people. She has dedicated herself to building connections throughout the community by coordinating fundraising events and volunteering with the Downtown North Bend Foundation. Through youth advocacy, fundraising efforts, or simply showing up with a listening ear, Tiffany believes in the power of community to create lasting impact.

Outside of her work, Tiffany finds joy in simple, grounding practices that connect her to nature. She loves foraging, canning seasonal foods, and sharing her creations with others. A true coffee enthusiast, she treasures both the craft of a perfect cup and the way coffee naturally brings people together. With curiosity, creativity, and care at the center of everything she does, Tiffany blends her love for people, nature, and coffee into every part of her life.
