Lindsay henning, grant writer

Smiling woman in a gray blazer standing outdoors near a dark wall.

about Lindsay (She/Her)

Lindsay joined Reclaim in 2025 as a grant writer. She works behind the scenes researching available funding opportunities and crafting convincing grant proposals for new and existing programs.  Over the past four years, she's written several federal grants and volunteered with a non-profit where she spent time overseeing project measurement and was a member of the project assessment committee.  Lindsay is passionate about social impact initiatives that improve life outcomes and is eager to contribute to Reclaim’s mission.

Lindsay has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and started her career as a volleyball coach before going back to school to earn a Master’s degree in Public Health.  She’s worked in various public health areas including COVID-19 management, early childhood development, suicide prevention, and educational equity.

Lindsay lives in Snoqualmie with her husband and two kids. She spends most of her free time hanging out with her family and enjoys going on long walks with her dog, playing volleyball, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
