Kira Stephens, Business Manager

Joining Reclaim as Business Manager in May 2023, Kira Stephens seamlessly integrated into the heart of our operations. With precision and dedication, she now oversees Reclaim’s finance, IT, and tech support realms, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed and executed with excellence.

Before joining Reclaim, Kira dedicated 15 years to software development at Microsoft, where she cultivated her skills in project management, team leadership, and strategic planning. Her journey, which began with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Stage Management from Cornish College of the Arts, took an eclectic turn through the cellular phone industry before finding her new home here in the non-profit sector.

Outside her professional endeavors, Kira finds fulfillment in the company of her loving family. She also indulges her creative passions for cooking, sewing, gardening, and woodworking, finding both inspiration and relaxation in these expressive pursuits.
